Most recently, they came out to fix a sink leak and went above and beyond. I really appreciate that they always explain my options… whether I want the basic repair to keep everything working or if I’d like to upgrade the hardware or fixtures while they’re already there. There’s never any pressure, just honest advice and a fair price. After two great experiences, I can confidently say I’ll never use anyone else for my plumbing needs. I couldn't use my kitchen sink due to a poorly installed drain line and also had a screaming toilet.These guys came to the rescue and fixed it all up in no time at all even though they had a busy schedule already. We called R&K plumbing, they answered immediately (no AI or messenger service). They were at our house within 30 minutes and had the issues resolved 30 minutes later! He is confident but not over confident and down to earth. You can tell he knows what he's talking about and not just talking big game. They didn't mind answering all my questions... even the dumb ones. Their communication is excellent! And to top all of that... they cleaned up the job and work area properly. Found Ricky at R&K Plumbing on Facebook. From the beginning the process was very easy. He and Austin are 2 young men that provide exceptional service and a great price. Could not be happier. 5 out of 5 starsMy first review may not show up, but this company deserves a great 2nd review anyway. Ricky came the same day we called him to look at a bathroom that needed to be re-plumbed. He was at the house 1st thing the next morning and started the job. He also corrected a problem we had in the drainage system. He promptly finished the job and did excellent work. He was very professional and friendly, and explained everything to us as he went. His pricing is very reasonable and he is very knowledgable about what he's doing. Ricky had changed out my hot water heater last year and I was very impressed with the service, the promptness of the work, and the quality then. He was the first person I called. He came out and confirmed that I needed a new line from the street to my house. The whole job was completed swiftly and with complete professionalism. Ricky is super transparent about his pricing which I felt was incredibly fair. So happy with the outcome, workmanship, and attentiveness of this crew. Also, just genuinely good and friendly people. He came out, gave me a very reasonable price, and completed the work, including adding a drain to my water heater, replacing a faucet, and adjusting the water temperature. My home inspection had stated that there was a leak, no PRV, and that the water pressure was too high. He thoroughly inspected everything and was honest about what was actually going on instead of trying to sell me unnecessary work. He explained the code requirements, verified that everything was working properly, and addressed what actually needed to be done. He also did an excellent job documenting everything, including taking photos and providing detailed paperwork. His documentation was extremely helpful and ultimately helped me get everything cleared up so I could close on my house. Very knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated the quality of the work and the fact that he took the time to document everything properly. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him! See more See less
